Export to a STP file in AutoCAD 2016... how to?
In Vanilla AutoCAD AFAIK not possible.

Hi,
if you have the "Only One AutoCAD" subscription you might download and install the Mechanical toolset, load your drawing with Mechanical and there you have the option to export a STEP file (take care about the objects you try to export, should be standard AutoCAD geometry and not any type of vertical AutoCAD objects like Civil 3D surface or Architecture walls or something like that).

Hi @bob.b.williams,
You can take it to Autocad as dwg file through Inventor.
