Export rectangle polyline sizes

I need to get the size and quantity of the rectangle polylines contained on the "Decking" layer within the attached drawing. Ideally as an excel export.

I have tried DATAEXTRACT, the best that I can get from this is the total length of the polylines. The length and width of the rectangle both vary, therefore I cannot calculate size from the polyline length.

Also, the information I require is contained within TXT although over multiple entities. An alternative solution would be to export this information to excel.

Can anyone help?

I have also tried the DATAEXTRACTION command on the TXT objects. I then get the tabled TXT as a list - not really useful.

You should be able to select 'Area' property during step 4 of 8 Data Extraction. See attached image. Polylines doesn't need to be closed.

It is the lenght and width that I am looking for, not area.

I use the autolisp to label the rectangles then Dataextraction to get the Text only in excel format.
