Export layout to model create dimension and text scattered and duplicated

Hy.
Autocad 2017 with Windows 10 64bit.
When I use the command "Export layout to model", and I open the resulting file, in that file I have dimension and text scattered and duplicated. I attach some screenshots of the problem.
Thanks.

Hi,

would you post your original CAD file to test it and give you feed back?

Hi @maxmesa,

I looked at your file and ran Audit and discovered some errors. It also appears that the layout itself has some corruption. I copied the contents of your model into a new drawing, created a new layout and then ran the EXPORTLAYOUT. The resulting file turns out properly.

Hi @maxmesa,

Did you try the steps from my last post? I believe it will fix the issue for you.

Hy @john.vellek and thanks for your support.
Autodesk technical assistance have called me and have tryed to solve the problems, creating a new file and copying the old drawing inside the new file, and trying also other ways, but the problem persist.
Then they've taken the files for another checks.

This is the response after they have checked:

"Effettivamente si tratta di un baco della versione 2017, già risolto internamente ed in attesa di essere implementato e reso pubblico nei prossimi aggiornamenti/versione di AutoCAD.
Purtroppo non esistono soluzioni alternative se non quella di cancellare manualmente i testi dal file ottenuto con l'esportazione."

I'm waiting for the new service pack.

Hi @maxmesa,

I just tested my steps in AutoCAD 2016 and they seem to work as well so this might be a good workaround until you can get the updates applied to your 2017 product.

What is your exact version of AutoCAD 2017 that you have installed? (type ABOUT at the command line).

Thanks for your patience.

Hi @maxmesa,

That is the same version I initially used with your file.  I made a Screencast of the steps I used on the drawing to  get it to work. I hope this helps.

The only step I did not do (and maybe this is where the problem lies) is to more accurately duplicate the orientation of the views on the layout tab.

 Hy @john.vellek.

At the end of your procedure (that i've tried) , you havn't scaled the viewport in layout.

If you dont' scale the viewport all works correctly, but if you try to resize the viewport around the left part of the drawing (rectangular with FASE 1), the problem appears...

Hi @maxmesa,

AH yes, I see how that is happening once the layout gets adjusted.

A workaround that might work for you then is to print to PDF and then import into a new drawing. Obviously this is not perfect but might work well enough. I have attached a sample of the outcome for you.

I am curious though, it appears that you have duplicated information in your model to show different disciplines or phases of your project. Is there a reason you don't have a single floor plan with layers that can be turned on and off to display unique information in each viewport?

Otherwise, you could just copy your title block into modelspace and you essentially have a drawing that works like an exported layout.
