Error while opening AutoCad

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have been running AutoCad  for quite a bit of a time on a Windows 10 device and have been continuously encountering the same problem... AutoCad has been crashing while opening and giving me an error.
I have tried installing multiple AutoCad versions ( student version ) but still no good.
Initially I thought it might have been a hardware problem therefore I've sent the device to ASUS Support Centre  and no hardware problems have been found but somehow the problem has been resolved but only for a set amount of time.  I am now unfortunately encountering the same problem again.

Test: Have someone else (a new Windows user on that PC), log in and run AutoCAD. Runs OK? Then reset your user settings.  I see this all the time and in almost all cases, there is no hardware or software install issue, it's the user settings that get corrupted.
