How do I e-mail a drawing from AutoCAD 2019? I don't know how to set up my e-mail in AutoCAD. Do I have to save as a pdf?

If you need to send the final product of your work, the completed drawing, you may print to PDF. An electronic PDF version of your drawing can be easily sent as an attachment and just as easily be read by the recipient.
If you need to send the drawing file itself, say for a round of QA/QC, or for collaborative purposes, then you should use ETRANSMIT. This command conveniently ‘bundles’ all the dwg components, such ad xrefs and images, as well as the periphery files, such as plot files and line types.
You should use the Etransmit (Send) command:
Press Transmittal Setups button; select one of the available configurations and then press Modify; check "Send email with transmittal"; press ok ; press close on Transmittal Setups dialog; press OK to create Transmittal.
A new email window will appear (depending on your default email client) with the files already attached.
Hope it helps. Cheers
