Just a few questions. Which version? Are you up-to-date on updates? Have you tried to reset AutoCAD?

AC 2027 , but the same happening in 2026 and 2025. Yes I tried reset and the error is not showing, but I have partial customization files I want to use. So most likely the problem is in the custom .cuix . But how to find where?

Try opening a drawing with an OOTB Template. See if you still get the error in that file. If might be in your Template.

Can you post an example drawing so we can see if we get the same error?

@BBKENGJS Are you in or opening a DWG file from Plant3D for example? That might explain the failure across 2025-26-27 versions.

Share a sample troublesome DWG file here for others to try if and only if you are using plain AutoCAD (topic of this forum).

I already try open from OOTB template. Still the same problem. But I notice that the same .cuix file do not generate the Error on different computer. So it's not a .cuix? Then what ???

That message sounds like a database error. Do you have customizations that connect to a database on startup? Notice that the header is not an AutoCAD error.

Yes I have customization .cuix. But I reset the AutoCad and tried to run default install without any custom .cuix and I'm getting the same error. I tried also uninstalling and installing again fresh AutoCad and getting the same error.

But your file is not, it contains elements from other variants of AutoCAD and you have corruption in the file.

Can you share that DWG file here?
