ERROR - Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0010 Exception at 50f839a6h

I have Acad 2018, it crushes randomly, now i installed the new version of NVIDIA 850M, but i got this new icone, as shown in the picture. please i need help because i suffer from crush from 3 months ago.

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

 When you see this error, do you also have the opportunity to submit a CER (crash report)?  If so, please do so and give me the report number so I can examine the report.

 

Please also prepare a NFO file for me. 

If your data needs to be private or confidential, please email it directly to me at john.vellek@autodesk.com and please include a link to this thread in your email.

 

By chance, do you happen to have ByteFence installed on your computer? If you remove it does the crashing cease?

Hi,

I also faced same issue Fatal Error, it have many reasons of this error. Open a cad file, copy past, trim, extend etc.....

Now 3 years ago working find.

 

1. Reinstall AutoCAD Product Click here (This was i done)

2. Create CER report, mention email id & Provide step by step description see attachment & watch video, Check your mail.

3. Search AKN Fatal Error
