Solved: Cursor as a block sign while on toolbar

Hi, support

I haven't found any similar situation on forums, so asking here:

My cursor "cross" in 2d view port is totally fine, but as I point on toolbar instead of an arrow it shows as a red block sign. I'm wondering what have I done wrong and how to fix it. Thanks

Somehow solved by myself by turning hardware acceleration off and back on in "graficsconfig" typing menu. Weird)

Check the contents of the Panels (annotation) in the Ribbon

my Autocad doing same time after time and I am restarting program and all working well after that
