Cursor as a block sign while on toolbar

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, support

I haven't found any similar situation on forums, so asking here:

My cursor "cross" in 2d view port is totally fine, but as I point on toolbar instead of an arrow it shows as a red block sign. I'm wondering what have I done wrong and how to fix it. ThanksInkedphoto_2018-10-23_14-08-22_LI.jpg
