No puedo abrir archivos desde el explorador de windows.

I can not open files from Windows Explorer . I hope you can help me.

 

Hi @oronegro and welcome to the Autodesk Community.

 

What version of AutoCAD are you using? Can you open AutoCAD and then use file open to open your drawings?

Gracias por contestar

Estoy usando la versión Autocad 2015 en windows 2010

Puedo abrir desde el Autocad cualquier archivo dwg, el problema es cuando intento abrir un archivo desde el explorador de windows. 

Cuan hago doble click en el archivo desde el explorador sale el cuadro de dialogo adjunto.

Hi @oronegro,

 

I suggest that we try to remedy this behavior by reinstalling the Application Manger using the following steps:

 



1. Verify that AAM is not running, check the system tray, if you see AAM running, right click on it and Exit
Note: Open windows task manger and if you see AdAppMgr.exe*32 and AdAppMgrSvc.exe*32 running under Processes, please End Process for both
2. Uninstall AAM from Control Panel
3. In Windows Explorer address bar type %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Autodesk and hit Enter key
4. Rename .AdskAppManager folder
5. In Windows Explorer address bar type %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Autodesk Application Manager\ and hit Enter key
6. Double click on AdApplicationManager-installer.exe to install AAM
7. Once AAM is installed you may need to update it to the latest version.
