Drawing File is Not Valid Error

I recently got a new cpu and installed AutoCad 2021 . I primarily use AutoCAD in my current role to convert PDF files to DWG files in order to create construction take offs for my company. I have been doing this for the better part of 3 years with no issues but now this error message seems to impact every new drawing i have been creating since i got my new cpu with AutoCAD 2021. The drawings work fine until i close them down and try to reopen them which is when the error message occurs and i can not recover the files via the temp file bak to dwg method. Why have i never experienced this issue before and now every file i create gets corrupted when i have not changed any methodology? Is there a bug in the new pdf to dwg software in 2021?

No bug, it works fine for us here: where are you storing your files?
Your OS is...?
What does your IT folks think? Did they try reformatting your PC and starting over?
Is R2021 updated to the 2021.1 version yet? ABOUT command will confirm.
