Double problem: neither text or dotted line will show in either space

Hello there,

I'm very new to Autocad and architecture and I'm having a tough time with both texts and linetypes .

To be more specific, text does show up in paper space but I can't seem to annotate my drawings in model space. Is there any way I can fix this?

As for dashed lines, I tried the command LTSCALE to no avail, my lines will only show as continuous in both model and paper spaces.. I don't know if there's something wrong with them or just my laptop..

Cheers!!

Hi @Anonymous,

I looked in your modelspace and found a line that was set to ACAD_ISO02W100. It did appear as a continuous line. I set the LTSCALE of the model to 100 and the line now displays correctly.

I also created a piece of MTEXT and set the text height to 250.  This seems to display correctly as well.

Thanks so much! This was elementary but quite needed!
