disable dxf dialog

Is there a way to disable AutoCAD from always asking if a dxf file should also be saved as a dwg file? The goal is to be able to type SAVEALL then CLOSEALL but this condition for dxf drawings prevents this operation.

What is your default "save" format in OPTIONS' SAVE tab? 2013DWG, right?

You'll need to customize with LISP or something else if this is just a not-all-the-time DXF need: which do you wish to explore?
