dimspace not working when trying to space horizontal dimensions

In some drawings the autocad command "dimspace" works on vertically dimensions fine but not on horizontal dimensions. Anyone have this happen and know a fix.

Are there any errors or messages in the command line when this happens?

No error messages and this only happens in some drawings not all.

Post one of these "some drawings", make sure it opens exactly where the problem is (we don't want to go hunting in your file to find it), so we can test it please.

It's a UCS problem ... you need to check your ucs orientation .
