Please give me a solution for - Dimension & texs are hiding behind inserted pdf lines in viewport
as per above snipping.

And did you use the DRAWORDER command ?
Click on the PDF object, for example, and choose to put it in the back... (don't know the exact option word in English version)

Need to apply to layout - Plot Paper Space last
