Dialog Box keeps popping up when I use Copy, Move & Stretch Command

Lately this dialog box is popping up when I try to copy, move or stretch something so I can't pick a handle point how do I keep it from popping up?

That's a right-click menu that show up when you are no longer in a command: it's normal.

Is your mouse right-button stuck or sticky? Or are you accidentally tapping it often?

Does restarting your computer make the frequent pop-up go away until you deliberately trigger it?

I do have a 7-year-old mouse. When I tried a different mouse, the problem went away. It must have been a sticky or stuck right button. Wow…Thank you so much!
