I have recently updated to app desktop manager and now I do not see any of my product tabs. I am running AutoCAD 2015, any thoughts on how to fix it? see image below on what I get when I open the desktop app

You need to finish registering, your name isn't even shown at the top right. Then attach products to your account.
I got all my products registered and attached, even the new AutoCAD 2017, and I have no issues.

If you follow along with what WISP suggested are you able to see your products in your account.
I logged out of my Desktop App to show you what the intro set up page looks like for a point of reference.
