DELETE key set up on Kensington Slimblade for use in AutoCAD 2014 does not work

I am using Trackballworks 1.3.1 with a Kensington Slimblade trackball in Windows 10.  I've programmed the upper left button as the DELETE key for all applications, and it works properly in all apps except AutoCAD 2014.  Using the DELETE on the keyboard works normally, though.  I have also created a separate profile in Trackballworks for AutoCAD with the same setting and that does not work either.  I have searched the web and haven't seen any compatibility issues.  This function worked properly in Windows 7.  Does anyone have any insight on this?

Hi @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I don't have access ot that device so I suggest that you perhaps contact Kensington support to see if they have any suggestions for you.  Please note too that AutoCAD 2014 is not designed to run on Windows 10 which might be part of this issue. Here are the system requirements for AutoCAD 2014.

Hi @Anonymous,

Did you try tech support from Kensington? Were they able to help?

Unfortunately I have not had the time to contact Kensington.  I will respond to this thread when I do.  Thanks for the response.
