I am trying to install a pull down menu from a third party. I received a .mnu file along with a few hundred dwg files. I added the new menu.cuix through the customize user interface and the menu appears in my pull down menus, but it is not referencing back to the dwg files I received. I added the location of the dwg files to the support file search path, but that didn't allow access. Any guidance would be most appreciated.
The specific menu sections may be hardcoded to look for the DWG files at a very specific place: look further, in more detail, and find out.
To test whther the location of those DWG files is easily available to AutoCAD, test at the comamndline by typing -INSERT (there is a dash in the name, then hit <enter> then just type the name of one of those blocks and hit <enter> again. If AutoCAD finds it, will will not complain.
