Cursor / crosshairs changed - HELP

I dont know whats happened to my cross hair cursor and how to fix it!

I suspect you have changed Visual Style and maybe some settings?

Do you work 2D, 3D, or both?

Command VIEW > select present view TOP> apply > OK
