CUI files

My computer, Window 8, got updated this morning and since than when I open my files, there is no bar on the top with all the comand and it also doesn't recognize in which workspace I'm working in. I tried worspace and writing down like "2d Design and annotation" but it says Cui files can not be found. How can I do?
