ctb lineweights missing

I client sent me his ctb so I could match his title block, but some of the lineweight values in the properties are not available to me in my ctb file. He is using 0.1300mm and mine skips from 0.800mm to 0.1800mm. How do I get 0.1300mm?

open the ctb file in ? and go to the "edit lineweights" box and add it there. HTH
