I am trying to make a plot tab what show Plot Date, Plot By and Drawing Path.  I got the Plot Date and Drawing Path but I am having a hard time with Plot By.  I am using field (field category is login) and it has my full name.  if I use Last Save By it use my ID Number.  is there a way I can get my ID number to be used as Plot By

Are you talking about the plot stamp?

Can share a screenshot, so that we can look into it.

if under plot field category login is not what you are after then you could user other category LispVariable

in your acad.lsp (or acaddoc.lsp) add this code line:

(setq id-number "Brian Cassidy")

back in field dialog box:

other field category, select LispVariable and select id-number from the lisp variable list.
