i have a complicated model drawn. it is three stories high and involves xrefs and lots of pipwork.
I need to create sections in plan view. i only seem to be able to do this in say north,south east or west views. i need to be able to somehow rotate the section plane so its looking down on my model. what am i doning wrong?!
the solution turn out to be simple. when i select the command SECTIONPLANE the option orthographic appears in the menubar. select the Top option, from here i can easily change it to a volume, ect.
