Creating Block Libraries and then exploding (bursting)

Hello
I work as a Project Manager in temporary structures. I have been using TurboCAD for over a year, but recently tried making the move over to AutoCAD LT due to the reviews of AutoCAD being much better.
However, I have come up against a few system limitations that I can either not find a solution to, or the system doesn't offer the features.
1) Organising my shapes into separate folders
So, firstly. We have structures ranging in widths of 2m - 25m, with the length being as long as required. Each structure is drawn and saved as so 3m x 3m, 3m x 6m, 3m x 9m. Some frames go up in multiples of 3, whilst others are multiples of 5. So, I have each structure saved with lengths going up to 100m, so I can easily drag and drop into my plans. I have my library sorted as follows; Structure, Dance Floors, Furniture, Lining, Misc etc etc on TurboCAD. I have started drawing these shapes into AutoCAD LT, however the library of blocks seem to just be all in the same place. And I cannot figure out how to sort these out into separate folders to help with the ease of navigation.
Any advice?
2) Exploding shapes in stages
On TurboCAD, after I have pulled my shape from the library and dropped it into my plan. Every entity is grouped together. If I click explode, each block is then broken down into its grouped layers. Such as; Base Plates, PVC Walls, Floor and Solid sides. I can then select each individual group on their own. Which helps when connecting two structures together, so I can move or delete 3 solid side walls to create an opening and passage between the structures.
However, on AutoCAD LT when I click explode every component becomes its own individual entity rather than breaking down in stages. So it would be extremely time consuming having to group everything back up after exploding. I have tried to find a solution online, and have come across a 'burst' option? However this is only accessible on the full AutoCAD software. Unless there is something else I am missing?
Any advice would be appreciated. I have attached a drawing of a small structure to explain what I mean by 3m sections, and the layers that I have drawn.
Many thanks
Steve
