Create A1 1:5 Scale Drawing While Having 1:1 Model Tab

I am trying to create a drawing where:

  • In the Model Tab, it is laid out as A1 at 1:1 scale
  • In the Layout1 Tab it is laid out as A1 at 1:5 scale

I believe I've completed the first step, as when I measure this cabinet from top to bottom it is roughly 2000mm which is expected.

However, in the Layout1 tab, I've selected A1 at a scale of 1:5 in the Page Setup Manager and it appears much smaller than expected. In an A1 paper at 1:5 scale, it should take 2/3 of the screen (400mm high object in 594mm paper) but it only takes 1/6 of the page.

Could anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I've attached my file.

Just figured it out.

Watched this youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45uNMl4rI_o

I should have noticed that my measurements in the Layout1 tab should not have exceeded the dimensions of the paper.

The paperspace should be 1:1 in the Page Layout Manager options but right clicking on the viewport, I should select the scale there to be 1:5.
