it is odd that it opens that folder.  the command you are calling is supposed to open the folder that contains your plot configuration files.  what happens if you type it in instead of using the menu option STYLESMANAGER

Hi @Anonymous,

AutoCAD is trying to open the CTB or STB files location.  This location is typically C:\Users\USERNAMEAppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2018\R22.0\enu\Plotters\Plot Styles

Does this work for you if you browse to this location?

hi @Anonymous,

It sounds like you have not allowed yourself access to the hidden folders.  To do so, is quite simple. Open your Windows Control Panel and go to Appearance and Personalization. Then select File Explorer Options>Show hidden files and folders. Click the button that is labeled Show hidden files, folders, and drives.  Now you should be able to browse to the location I showed earlier.

Hi @Anonymous,

From the image you attached, it appears that you are syncing your settings on the cloud. What happens if you turn that feature off temporarily? Or inthe options for which settings are to be synced, try unchecking the Printer Support files.

Dear Sir,

When I open a file from the A360 drive it opens the last attached image and when I open a file that is saved in the system drive instead of a360 cloopenst open the right thing means plot style.

Hi @Anonymous,

I would like you to just as a test, toggle off the Options and Printer Support Files in that settings for A360 sync.  Please do that and let me know if the Plot Styles show up normally.

Hi @Anonymous,

I'm sorry that temporarily disabling the online sync had no affect on this problem. I suggest at this point since I am unable to reproduce this behavior that there a few extra things to try:

Create a new user account on your computer (administrator permissions) and logon with it and Start AutoCAD.  With this account does the Plot Styles Manager point to the correct folder?

Perform a Reset Settings to Default

Do a clean uninstall and reinstall

Please let me know how you proceed and the results.

Hi @Anonymous,

I have sent you a PM with a  batch command that you can run on your system that will wipe clean the local cache. Once this is done, perform a reboot, and then you can  log back into A360 and you will see all the files re-sync although if you have a lot of files there it might take some time.

Please consider running through this process and then report back as to whether or not it has remedied the issue with your Plot Styles Manager.

As per your instruction, I completely remove all the AutoCAD and again this issue still exists.

I copied all files from my A360 drive and paste to my PC drive and apply the process.

After this, I restart my system and sign again in a360 and the following image file resync again.

Secondly sir please suggest me to adopt what option when I paste any file to A360 drive.

FIns the second attached file.

Hi @Anonymous,

The team has been able to duplicate this behavior opening a drawing from A360 and then running STYLESMANAGER. Try running AutoCAD and opening a local file (not from A360) to see if the behavior persists.

Please be aware that Desktop A360 is slated to be discontinued. Please see this article that describes the timeline and reasoning behind this decision.
