Copying Viewports Resets Properties

Hi all,

In the past when copying viewports between sheets in an AutoCAD drawing the viewport properties have remained the same. 

As of late this seems to have changed with the viewport resetting (turning frozen layers back on). 

Is there a system variable or something I have changed to make it start doing this?
