Copy with base point via key commands not working

Hi

I'm hoping someone on here can help me. 

My copy with basepoint via the keyboard has suddenly stopped working. 

As you know, I would normally press CTL+SHIFT+C to copy with base point, but now all of a sudden, nothing happens.

I can get it to work via the command line and ive checked the CUI and I can see copy with basepoint is correctly mapped to CTL+SHIFT+C.

Has anyone got any ideas on what might be the problem?

Thanks for your reply. Ive tried the solutions listed but its still not working.

Can I just add - We are using Autocad 2019 at the moment, ive just downloaded 2020 to see if it works on that and it doesn't.

Would you say its something to do with windows itself?? All of my colleagues machines are able to copy with basepoint via key commands.

I hope you have NOT migrated settings, otherwise you would have imported the issue too!

If so reset your AutoCAD profile for 2020 and see if it works then.

Do you have any additions to AutoCAD? The drawing does not contain a proxy?
When copying a line or rectangle from a new drawing, does the combination of buttons work?

google     ctrl shift c does not work in autocad

Thank you! It seemed to be conflicting with Radeon Pro graphics https://www.cadforum.cz/cadforum_en/the-ctrl-shift-letter-hotkeys-do-not-work-e-g-ctrl-shift-c-tip12...

Ive disabled the screen record and its working now.

Check your Radeon video card setting, mine had the same shortcut for video, which over rides CAD.

Did you read the post above yours? The one that's marked as a solution? The one that says pretty much the same thing.

Or were you just finding posts about copy/paste issues and just copy/pasting your "solution" regardless of any mention of a Radeon video card? Not everyone uses those.

Hello,

I am using AutoCAD 2022. I want to select two lines without using shift.

I select line 1. Then without shift, I select other line, the first line selected becomes unselected.

Any solutions?

Set the >PICKADD System Variable< to 1 or 2.
