Copy to clipboard error message

Whenever I copy an object to clipboard I get an error telling me to recover the drawing (See screenshot)
Running AutoCAD 2017 w/ Windows 10.  Any suggestions on clearing this up? I've tried doing a factory reset to no avail...

Hi,

i suggest to clean both files,the source cad file and the other one by Audit,Purge (Regapps) and Recover commands. also if you WBLOCK all of elements to a new empty CAD file .

Nope didn't help.  Also its worth mentioning I can start a new file from scratch, draw one line, and still get the same error if I try to copy to clipboard. Oh and it all still copies to the clipboard anyway so I'm not even sure why I'm getting this error.
