Copy and pasting drawings in to MS word

Hello!

I am currently making a report in PDF form.

The report contains chapters of words and also intensive on the drawing of parts

So far, i have been just CTRL C +V part drawings from dwg and pasting it to word, then resizing using object -> edit

and replacing all the dimension texts ( to make all the fonts the same and standard). This is a painstaking process and i was wondering if there is a better way to do this

With the background set to white and the drawing window sized to fit the area to copy I use the PNGOUT (Command).

@renaldy_wibisonoSHQ64 With your AutoCAD background set to white (unless you like the contrast in your MSWord document), use this instead then "paste" into your MSWORD document

Unless you have a dire need to also store all those images from AutoCAD on your PC as well, then the tip offered by @TomBeauford is the way to go.
