Converting lineweights to points

Have a nice day. I am having a problem with the program. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program to solve the problem, but the problem was not solved. I am a student user.
When you turn on the line thickness, all lines turn into points at their junction and break points and the drawing disappears. The whole project turns into dots. How can I solve the problem?

Actually....

Have you installed the 2022.1.3 / 2023.1.4 / 2024.1 Update yet (you never mention which year version you are running)? ABOUT command will confirm what you have installed. If not, get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Restart your PC afterwards.

If that did not help... Set GFXDX12 variable to 0 (that's a zero, you type the command name) then restart AutoCAD: reverting to DirectX11 fixes similar problems for most users.

Best wishes.

Didn't I mention the year? Actually, the 2023 version was installed when I had this problem. I tried to solve the problem for weeks but could not find it, so I deleted the application and installed 2022, but the problem still did not solve. This problem is only related to my computer, the file does not cause problems on any other computer. I always downloaded Autocad from the official website, I am already using it as a student. I don't understand what you wrote very well, but I will try my best. I'm not an expert in this program, I'm still trying to learn.
Thank you very much for replying to me.

I'm sorry, but I don't think the information in the link is related to my problem. I tried but couldn't find anything.

I applied the method you said. Still the problem is not solved. I even reset everything. But it still didn't happen. Since I am a student, I cannot ask for a direct solution. It's a very tense situation.

If you would still share your screenshot of command ABOUT dialog, then we are sure that you have installed the update

Hi @01184295,
Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
It's most likely a graphics problem, but please post your drawing and we can check it.

I tried many things and 'set GFXDX12 to 0', and it worked, thank you.
