Convert to Adobe PDF

I having issues when converting to pdf my raster image don't show in the 

new created PDF files. If I attached the same image it will convert the image fine

I have tried several options but, I can't seem to find a  solution

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Please describe your process from AutoCAD drawing to Adobe PDF.  For instance, how are you producing the PDF from AutoCAD? It appears that you are using Adobe PDF to do this which is not a native AutoCAD feature. Is there a reason you don't use the built-in driver to create the PDF?

You are welcome to also attach some sample files for me to work with on my computer so that I might be understand your issue.
