The PDF you shared with us over here is Raster based: to convert it to DXF/DWG file format you will need to purchase a 3rd party converter to use outside of AutoCAD. Explore here https://www.google.com/search?q=raster+to+vector+software

J'ai une solution à votre problème. C'est une question très courante que tout le monde se pose. Je connais un outil gratuit en ligne dans lequel vous pouvez fusionner pdf, ajouter plusieurs images et les convertir sous n'importe quelle forme. Il est très facile de convertir un pdf dans cet outil, essayez-le une fois. Merci... 🙂

Contact them and see if they'd send you the CAD file...

But if you Google that name above on your drawing and say CAD FILE you will get all those details you can use to make this drawing with very little time involved.
