i am having an issue with my autcad.

when a perform a command(move, copy), once completed, it asks" Do you really want to do this" my only option is no and it undoes the command i have performed.  i tried typing in yes but it still undoes what i just did.

can anyone help me, asap.  it allows me to complete commands for some highlighted objects, but not all.

thanks for the help

Try OVERKILL, then Audit and PURGE.

Your drawing is filled up and autocad can't process that many entities.

Your XREF has a lot of hatches? that would do it.

HI @Anonymous,

Overkill removes duplicated entities that sit on top of each other. Try running it at the command line by typing overkill and typing all when prompted for object selection.

If you can't get this far, then start AutoCAD and user the Recover command (under drawing utilities) and select your drawing. If this works then open your drawing and purge it out, run overkill and possibly reduce the number of entities in the drawing.

If you would like to attach your drawing to a post I would be happy to look at it as well.
