Hi, I'm new here and at autocad.
I'm learning by myself how to use autocad and I need help to finalize this object. Can you guys tell me how to finalize these sharp edges, and how to create these slopes highlighted in the middle of the object?

Thank you.

Investigate the SLICE command and the SUBTRACT command.

Hi, you can try to SLICE by specifying a plane through <3points>

Hi @Anonymous,

Please do not post the same question twice as it will be harder for contributors to understand where you are posting currently.

Hello everyone,

I would like to thank you you for helping me. I used wall tips and I got this new model.

To finish it, I just need to make these sharp edges smoother (red circles). I sliced and subtracted what I wanted, but still remain some edges.

I also attached my .dwg file.

Once again, thank you.

HI @Anonymous,

Your model looks good. I am unsure how to make further suggestions as this looks like the way it could be fabricated.  I started using the FILLET tool to smooth things out and it looks nicer but is not likely build-able. Can you give me some direction on how you want this to look?

Thank you John. I just would like to make those edges, inside the red circle, more rounded, because it seems too pointy.

But it is fine. Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous,

How about this?

I created a loft between the outline I wanted to end with and the last desired uniform weld location.

i was able to slice the weld and then extract edges. I then drew the end profile and lofted between the two.
