Cloud Rendering with Material Images in Blocks

I've been testing cloud rendering of certain blocks within CAD that have images assigned to them, with bad results if the block has not been exploded before I upload for cloud rendering.  Attaching an example of two pieces of artwork showing the issue if I keep the art as a block, vs. exploding them before rendering.  You can see if I shift the block just a couple inches in the model, it shifts the image as well.  both images have the same material settings, and are the size of the surface they are being added to.  I can't imagine having to explode all of my blocks with images assigned to make it work propertly.  Hoping it's just something simple that I'm not thinking of.

Have you tried using a different image format (png, jpg, gif, etc) for your image to see if it makes a difference?

Hello,

Yes, I have tried with both .jpg and .png formats.

I have been able to duplicate the issue but not consistently. I ran across an old post that indicated online rendering was struggling to send the image data (in their case, blocks in xrefs) to the cloud, but I have not been able to verify.

I'll continue to try to see if I can find what is triggering it though the inconsistency leads me to believe it may be a bug.

I have also been getting one off errors when toggling things

Thanks again.   Yeah, I thought that it wasn't consistent for me as well, but as soon as I reposition the block in the .dwg the image shifted again.  It seems like I've gotten lucky a couple times, and the block was positioned in a way that the image properly showed up and made me think I fixed something but much to my disappointment it was an issue again as soon as I moved the block.  From what I can gather it appears to only transfer the material coordinates as they relate to the surface it's applied to if it's not within a block.  When it's in a block the material coordinates are somehow tied to the drawing file instead, maybe?

I've done some more digging, but I haven't been successful. I think one of my problems is that my machine isn't showing local iterations properly. Ill have to see if i can get on my production workstation and test some more later.

I do remember something in the past about the way images were processed cloud side with the recap photo tool (which likely isn't involved in this process), but it may be a similar issue. The issue I was having there was with the metadata of the photos. If I recall, the Xif metadata for my photos was being ignored when processed on the cloud. This could be something similar going on here, but this is a wild guess on my part. I looked at the metadata of the images I was testing against a regular material (which behaves properly), and there were some differences, but again, I wasn't able to nail down a culprit.
