We have one computer out of many that minimizes autocad when a hyperlink is followed (ctrl click)

How do I keep autoCAD from Minimizing?

If you create a fresh windows user account on that machine, do you end up with the same results ?

Cheers, Nicolas

Hello Chet Hugo,

I'm sorry you didn't received an answer about this issue earlier, but now that I saw your post, I want to let you now that this is the intentional program's behavior and cannot be changed.

However, this is already logged with development as a wishlist item, in case you consider this to be SUPER important, please go to the Product Feedback and/or to the Ideas Station websites to add weight to this wish, and maybe our developers could modify this some day.

Thank you for your inputs!

Have a great day! Cat Happy

Yup - I thought it was just me.

even a suggested workaround to *almost* maximize the window, but not actually have a maximized autocad application window doesn't work, either. It still minimizes when you click a hyperlink.

That is time wasted for the end user who has to re-maximize after every hyperlink click. That adds up - time IS money!

@thaydenCJMLL @daniel What is unique about the one PC that does this? Office full of AutoCAD 2023-24-25 users in WindowsOS here, no one is seeing this at all.
