change object dimensions using Autocad API

Hello,

I was wondering if is possible to change object dimensions (lines, arcs, etc) using the Autocad API. For example, I want to change a square of 40x40 to 50x50 using the API. I need to know if the API can do that because I'm evaluating tool options for a project I am involve in.

AutoCAD has a number of API's and they would allow you to do those updates. Keep in mind the impacts of those resizes though.
