CHANGE COLOR ON MULTILEADERS

Hi everyone! I want to change the color of multiple multileaders. In the first picture, both multileaders are RED. but inside the text formatting, one is Yellow and the other is Red. So i have to double click on each multileader to edit the color, and that's very tedious.
I already try the lisp routine StripMtext v5-0b, but it doesn't work cause only change the color inside the text formatting, so doesn't let me change the color in the quick properties.

So, what i want: all the multileaders with color BY LAYER not a true color individual.

I aprreciate if you wanna help. thank you

Hi,

have you tried STRIPMTEXT 5.0d or 5.0c to remove the internal overrides?

Search for it.

And for new color, change text colors in mleader properties

@allebana13 STRIPMTEXT v5.0c and newer works great here on that issue here for us.

Yes, i tried, but doesn't work for me. Like i said, i tried Stripmtext but the result is the text on the color OF the layer (any color) but i can't set as BYLAYER. So I'm at the same point, cannot change the color on the properties pallete (like second image)

Show us: share a portion of your DWG file with that problem, since we all can fix it in our own drawings all day long, you might have something else going on that is being missed or something.

Thanks for that: I se the issue exists in your "wrong" sample, but if I replicate it's settings in a "test", STRIPMTEXT continues to work. Maybe I missed how the problem was created, have a look and let me know how to replicate it here.

FYI, I'm not aware of anything other than STRIPMTEXT to do what you want out there, not for free anyway.

When i try Stripmtext in your file, still gives me the incorrect result 😞
Something is wrong with my settings, i will keep looking about it, thank you always @pendean.

You are right, the StriptMText up to v5.0d will fix just one of the both possible color-issue.

I will publish a striped version of my version StripMtext v5.0f for you <click!>
