Cannot Publish or Batch Plot

I’m have a big issue with CAD that I only noticed today, which is the first time I’ve tried the publishing or batch plotting command since my computer was replaced. These commands worked on CAD on these same files prior to the computer replacement, so I think I need to re-link something into CAD, but I don’t know what.

When I try the Batch Plot to Bluebeam button, somehow each of the page sizes is shrunken down and only whatever part of the drawing that is left on the remaining smaller page size is printed.

Here’s the error message I’m getting when I try the Publish command - "ERROR: The current device does not support the requested media size." What doesn’t make sense is that I can plot a single sheet without a problem; it’s just an issue when I try to publish more than one. I also don't have options when I click on the drop-down button for Page Setup once I am in the Publish dialogue box.

Hi,

>> When I try the Batch Plot to Bluebeam button

Could you try to run command _PUBLISH and select the default AutoCAD PDF (DWG to PDF.pc3)?

Does that work or does that show similar messages?

>> ERROR: The current device does not support the requested media size

You might look to your old workstation about the PC3 and PMP for the Bluebeam driver. If you only have installed the Bluebeam software you might have not created the same page formats.
