Cannot import Palette

Hello, i can't import a new palette on autocad , i don't see the option import in my window.
Can anyone help me please ?

Which variant of AutoCAD2023 are you using please? Share a screenshot of your ABOUT command pop-up when you can.

Did you try a reset of the program yet?

2 problems actually, it's a trial version of autocad 2023 but it should include those fonctionalities, you can see the problems through this screens. thank you for your help. the version is just autocad.
