Dynamic dimensions not showing up after save

Hello, I have an issue with the dinamic dimensions.

After I close or save, Pro A 3D (it does the same on Autocad 2022) dimensions disappears and i can't even change them anymore. It doesn' happen every time, but it happens really often.

See attached:

As you can see in file 1 there aren't as many dimensions as 2

In file 2 you can see that there are dimensions, but only if I select everything

If I share the file, the dimensions just deletes and I can't see them even if I select everything..

I have already tried RIGENT but it doesn't work

@castlunger_gabriele Annotative dimensions? You need to change your CANNOSCALE setting most likely.
Or is the dimlayer turned off (not frozen)?
But pictures only show the problem you wrote about, but do not show why: only your DWG file will help us help you.

"...doesn' happen every time, but it happens really often...." usually means you did not observe what condition triggered that issue: you need to dive in/explore more, get your 3rd party software support team to help you out too. See my first sentence above for a possible solution.

What application was used to create the file?

Have you tried running AUDIT in AutoCAD?

I found the solution, I had to activate the printing on every layer in the layer property manager.

I don't know why this is the solution but now it works.
