Just upgraded from Acad 2022 to Acad 2025. For some reason the batch plot utility does not plot anything. here is the error I see under publish details:

@JakCDDXM - topic title has been adjusted for better clarity. (batch plotting trouble Acad 2025/Bluebeam batch plotting trouble Acad 2025)

Make sure you’ve installed update 2025.1.2

Did you forget to turn of background publishing? Looks like you are a candidate needing to do that like many of us.

It looks like we have the most current update installed.

background plotting and publishing are not currently enabled, background plotting is not checked in the plot dialog, and the backgroundplot variable is set to '0'.

perhaps with the upgrade installation the custom plot devices were not migrated over...I see these missing:

Have you tried manually plotting that file to see if it works?

yes, they plot fine individually. I'm using the 'publish to plotter named in page setup' setting as i always have. I'm using Bluebeam to plot individually and that setup in my files has always worked flawlessly. I've made new autocad files and setup new BB plotter setups to make sure it wasn't something saved into a 2022 .dwg, but that's not helped either.

Do a screenshot of each of the Plot window and then the Publish window. I would like to see if the page setup name “PDF” matches with what’s shown in your OP screenshot

@JakCDDXM You might need to reset your MECH2025/AutoCAD2025 back to defaults, then test without migrated content from the 2022 versions, to resolve this issue

I assume you manually removed the printer.

AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation).pc3

Return it to its place

That may have done it. All my drawings plot with the bluebeam PDF printer/plotter, but when I select the saved PDF page setup from my pull down list, it switched to "none". Renaming my page setup appears to have fixed the issue. Cautiously optimistic.
