Custom Sheet properties with Sheetsets

I am setting up sheet sets and a titleblock.

Using Sheetset custom properties works/links well in my titleblock

Using Sheet custom properties does not work/link well.

Can anyone help me on how to do this?

It does work when I insert a field in the drawing itself, but not in the titlblock block
