Block moved and changed size after making it annotative

Just wondering what causing and how to prevent block from changing size and moving after I made it annotative.

when blocks are annotative and ANNOAUTOSCALE is ON ( see below image) ... scales will add to annotative objects when annotation scales changed.and it moved with you because the block follow the insertion point . 

 

for that i suggest to turn OFF annoautoscale to prevent this behavior.

YOU NEED TO SET ANNOTATION SCALE TO 1:1

OR

You need to manage annotative options.

Goto block editor first (BE).

and then press (CTRL+1).

you will get properties option.

go to block section and select annotative option to NO

click save block and click close block editor.

OR 

you can also set it before block creation by using block definition dialog box option

uncheck this option before creation.
