Beginner needs help creating curved lines

Hi everyone, I'm new to CAD and I'm trying to recreate this drawing. So far, I know how to make circles and straight lines, but I'm confused on how to make curved lines.

I can make the circles but I'm stuck on the outline around the circles. Not sure if they're made of partial circles, ellipses, or splines, but if anyone could offer some guidance and advice, it'd help me a lot. Thanks in advance!

Draw your circles, trim them as shown, then fillet them.

Many roads lead to Rome - one of my favorite ways >>here<<  (assuming the first 5 circles were drawn before).

Hi, thanks so much for your response! So I tried following along with your instructions and it was really helpful, and everything looked great until I tried filleting the last R240 curve. It seems to curve inwards instead of outwards like in the initial demo photo.

Just as the other two curves, I repeated the same process:

1. Fillet

2. Radius: 240

3. Clicked the 2 curved I wanted to join.

Did I miss something here?
