Automatically update paper size when set title block format

Hello,

My English is not so good, sorry, here we go:

Is it possible to automatically change/update layout paper size as I set the title block format?
Using LISP maybe...?
I'm using visibility states title block that has all formats I work with.
It would be way praticle if the paper size automatically update as I change the visibility states of the title block...

If no one can help you ....
There is a special program for printing. Automatically detects the title block and sets the desired paper size. And then it prints itself, after that you can save the file, there will be a new paper size.
Your file is a complex block, processing 15 seconds per block. (it's a long time)
