I have tried to install the Autodesk Design Review a number of times on my new computer but the error message of not having Microsoft Visual C ++ 2010 SP1 Redistributed Page keeps on coming up. I went to the Microsoft website to download the package, which installed successful, then attempted again to install Autokdesk. The same error keeps on popping up. Can someone please help me in regards to getting this issue fixed??

Hello Eric, and welcome to the Forums!
Essentially, there are some Microsoft components that get messed up, and you have to uninstall, then reinstall them.
Please try the following:
How to remove and reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Libraries
Remember to restart after the uninstalls, and again after the reinstalls.
Then you should be able to install the program.
Please post back afterwards to let us know if that worked, or if you need more assistance.

Typically, that error indicates a permissions problem.
Please check out the link below:
If that doesn’t work, then please post the exact OS you are using and the complete text of the error message, or better yet if you could attach the install log to the post.

This is the error message verbatim that keeps on coming up when I try to install. I followed the Troubleshooting process on the link that you sent previously.
Error 1309: Error reading from file: C:\Users\econ3\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp2_SetupDesignReview2013.msi (1.).zip\programfiles\Autodesk\ Autodesk Design Review 2013\EComposite\EModelViewer.dll Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
I have no idea what this is asking for me to do.
Thanks,
Eric

Eric;
OK, it looks like you are trying to do setup from inside of a zipped file.
I had something similar to this happen to me a few days ago.
If the file you downloaded is a zip file, then right-click on it and choose unzip. It should ask you for a location, (you can just create a new folder named "unzipped" if you want to separate it from the zipped file), then when the file is finished unzipping, you should be able to go to the Setup.exe file and install from there.
I hope that helps.
