Autodesk 360 Sign In Error

I have 2 installations of Autocad 2017. 1 installation will remain signed in and does not give me issues ever.

The second installation will not stay signed in. About 2 seconds after I sign in it rolls back to "sign in to A360".

This same installation asks me to agree to the privacy statement twice before opening so I assume there is an issue with my install.

I have reinstalled this installation twice. Both installations required browser based install.

HI @AMestern,

I assume by two installations that you mean you have the product on two separate workstations. Can you tell me what is different about the two?

Does your Internet connection show roughly the same speed across both workstations?

Are you able to sign-in into these websites through your browser?

https://rendering.360.autodesk.com/

http://360.autodesk.com

It could also be a firewall issue or a country code or time zone issue. Have you updated your anti-virus software and if so does it have a firewall built into it? Or are you using a proxy server? Here is some more information.

Do you see any error message at all or does it just close?

Please post your results.

I stuck my replies in below

I assume by two installations that you mean you have the product on two separate workstations. Can you tell me what is different about the two?

First installation is a Laptop MSI GT60 - everything works

Second Installation is a custom built CAD tower all hardware in compliance with Autodesk recomended.

Both computers are Windows 7 enterprise verion. Both are work computers, Kaspersky AV set up identically, firewall settings should be identical but will check. Both computers ran 2016 happily, and the desktop dates back to 2012(hardware upgrades 2015). This is the first installation that failed and won't repair on the desktop.

Does your Internet connection show roughly the same speed across both workstations?

Both are in the same same unmanaged switch, and max out on speedtest.net .

Are you able to sign-in into these websites through your browser?

https://rendering.360.autodesk.com/

Yes through my browser

http://360.autodesk.com

Yes, but as soon as I typed this I realize I need to go back and see if the PC can.

It could also be a firewall issue or a country code or time zone issue. Have you updated your anti-virus software and if so does it have a firewall built into it? Or are you using a proxy server? Here is some more information.

No messages, it seems to take, my name appears in the box upright and then. It just closes and then asks if i want to keep the local settings or switch to the A360 settings

It sounds like you have a corrupt installation. If this is the only error you are seeing you can simply ignore it or you have the option of uninstalling and then doing a re-install of the product.

If you decide to do the re-install, please follow the steps in this post.

I am on my third reinstall, but what is interesting it took two attempts to log into A360 on my browser. On the second attempt it was fine. I then went back and logged into 2017 and voila! it worked. So now I can log in.

So it could be Kaspersky blocking the website as trusted domain on the one computer or U-block or stubborness?

Either way by logging into A360 via browser I corrected logging into A360 via Autocad 2017.

Yes, anti-virus and malware applications could prevent access as could firewall settings. I am happy to hear that you now have access.
