AutoCAD: X-ref's & .STB plot styles

Hi All,

Both the host file and x-ref file contain the exact same object and have the exact same .stb plot style applied. Can anyone identify why the object is showing overridden in the when x-ref'd?

I have attached both files (Host & X-ref) as well as the .stb file.

not sure what you're looking at but the same dynamic block looks the same when I open up either dwg:

@paullimapa Strange... is the file you show above loaded with the .stb file that I uploaded? If so, do you have any troubleshooting ideas?

Not sure why you think it’s related to the dwgs being assigned to the stb file.
Btw the dwg you say should have xrefs is actually not. Perhaps that’s why I’m not seeing the dynamic block change appearance from one dwg vs the other? Currently what I see are just that dynamic block in both dwgs with that same visibility states selected.

I only presumed that because I have only recently started using .stb as a plot style, so I'm yet to fully understand how they work throughout.

However, I appear to have since found a fix - to the tune of Have you tried turning it off and on again?' -  by restarting AutoCAD
